Our Story


In 2022, Jordan found himself stepping into the coffee industry almost by accident. What began as “just a job” quickly evolved into a genuine obsession. Thanks to his natural tendency to hyper focus on things, he was soon making what some have deemed “Dallas’ best coffee.” While his goal was always to craft high quality, expert level coffee, what some might call "pretentious,” Jordan’s approach was anything but. He remained approachable and down to earth, making sure every customer felt welcome, no matter their knowledge of coffee. This excellent coffee combined with his love for connecting with people set in motion what would soon become Saint Drogo’s Coffee. As he immersed himself in the world of specialty coffee, it became clear: this wasn’t just a job, it was a calling.
